3. Fees and Payment

Our fees are clearly outlined in our service quotes. Payment is due upon acceptance of the quote. Late payment may result in penalties as outlined in our payment policy.

4. Project Timeline

We strive to complete initial assessments within five to seven business days. However, unforeseen circumstances may impact timelines. We will notify you of any potential delays.

5. Liability

Certified BA will use reasonable care and skill in providing our services. However, we are not liable for any consequential damages, lost profits, or other indirect losses arising from our services.

6. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland, Australia.
